Resolve to Do What You Love

Ok. It’s been 2017 for two weeks now.
How are those resolutions working out for you? Still keeping them?
Kudos if you are. Good for you.

If you’re not, don’t worry about it. There are worse things. Besides, we have a tendency to set unrealistic New Year’s goals that call for too drastic of a change way too soon. It’s almost as if we set up ourselves for failure, so we can get back to doing what we really enjoy.

That gives us an idea.

Starting today, everybody gets a “Get Out of Jail Free” card. Wipe your resolution slate clean and call a “Do-Over!”

This time, make a resolution that’s do-able. Make it something you love doing and resolve to do it more.

For example:

Cook more.

Entertain more.

Relax more.

Travel more.

Enjoy more spa days.

See more movies.

Spend more time with the kids.

Exercise more (but only if you love working out).

Find more “Me time.”

Write more.

Sip more wine.

Enjoy the moment more

You get the picture.

With resolutions like these, success is always within reach, and you’ll be better for it.
2017 is your year, and it starts today.
