You can’t escape them. They’re everywhere. In the toy aisles. In the cereal aisles. In books. On TV. In movie theaters coast to coast. Of course, we’re talking about superheroes. Their popularity freight train isn’t slowing down any time soon.

That’s fine with us. We love them all. So much so, we wanted to make them even cooler (if possible). So we took some of our favorite tumblers and filled them with 5 super summer drinks sure to refresh and please fanboys and girls of all ages.

Here are the recipes for 4 drinks sure to please kids of all ages and a “grown-up” one that’s perfect for home happy hours:

Birthday Cake Shake

This amazing and spectacular special-occasion shake is perfect for kids sporting a sweet tooth. It’s easy to make, fun to decorate and more importantly, delicious to drink.

3 scoops vanilla ice cream
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup birthday cake mix

Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
Serve in their favorite superhero tumbler.
Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles (let’s face it, everything is better with sprinkles).

Green Monster Smoothie
Get your kids to eat, well, drink the veggies without putting up a monster-sized fight. This smoothie combine the vegetable, fruit and protein needed to keep them healthy in a fast-paced world where bad-food temptations are everywhere.

1 cup almond milk or other non-dairy milk
1 cup destemmed kale leaves or baby spinach
1 large ripe frozen banana, chopped into chunks
1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed
Pinch of ground cinnamon
1 scoop of protein powder
2-3 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients on high until smooth.
